In the end, our oldest models are some of our favorites. We pamper our Montchic OT with red cultures while it enjoys an extra long beauty sleep in a limestone cave. Once awoken, the wait has paid off: beautifully decorated with the first salt crystals in a smooth dough, it makes an impressive appearance with its spicy, strong aroma.
