With traditional craftsmanship and creative ideas, he and his team of cheese designers are setting new accents in cheese refinement – tailor-made cheese creations, as unique and individual as they come. True cheese art with zeitgeist, often inspired by nature, or by trends he discovers and which trigger his creative vein.

The name Croccanta says it all. Because strawberry seeds are very much in vogue and ensure a crunchy and surprising feeling or experience in the mouth with our Croccanta. The little seeds are the new influencers, so to speak. And the beauty of it is that this itpiece is even convincing in the heat of the raclette oven.

We are very attached to our home region, that’s why we have always preferred short distances for transport, and that’s why we build and maintain true friendships – with people who, just like us, assume responsibility and who develop new ideas together with us in tune with nature. Truly perfect indulgence comes from carefully selecting the best wheels of cheese and providing them with just the right measure of personal attention. We know that «Haste Makes Waste», which is why give our cheeses lots of time to mature. Down here in our mine, the climatic conditions are ideal. It’s down here that we turn, salt, brush, and check each individual wheel of cheese, thus creating our «Tailor-Made Cheese», preparing them to go out into the limelight and be celebrated on the red carpets of the gourmet world.
